Dr Mo started joined the Shawbirch Dental Team in 2025. He offers complex restorative treatments, prosthodontics and dental implants.
He has been providing outstanding dental care since qualifying in 1999 from Birmingham University. He is dedicated to enhancing patients’ smiles as well as educating future dentists. Before joining the Shawbirch Team, Dr Mo has previous experience running his own dental practice for 20 years, taught at the University of Birmingham Dental School and has over 28 years experience working as a general dentist. One of his previous posts also included working in the Birmingham Dental Hospital Restorative Specialist Department for several years, helping to restore patient’s dentitions with severe dental problems such as hypodontia and treating post-cancer treatment patients.
As well as training student dentists, he has continued to take postgraduate qualifications to improve his own dental knowledge and therefore the treatment outcomes that he can offer to the patients under his care. He has gained his MFGDP and MFDS qualifications as well as a masters level degrees with distinction in Prosthodontics. This is a restorative speciality of dentistry which helps to restore function and aesthetics of failing teeth, and the replacement of lost teeth by all means possible in dentistry. In 1999 Dr Mo completed his dental implant training and since then has placed over 2000 implants, he has a wealth of experience to offer to patients in Telford and Shropshire.
Patients are very fond of Dr Mo and enjoy having their treatment with him. He is able to offer a wide range of treatments, to a high standard. His knowledge and skills in his field are well received by patients as well as the care, quality and professionalism that he offers. Dr Mo is a strong believer that all patients should receive high quality and ethical care with their dental treatments.
For any patients suffering with moderate or severe tooth wear, Dr Mo is able to help restore the teeth by combining his skills in restorative, prosthodontic and implant dentistry to achieve fantastic results, and leaving patients with a happy new smile.
Dr Mo enjoys attending Prosthodontic conferences all over the world to ensure the latest techniques and methods of improving patient care are incorporated into the treatment patients receive at our practice.
In his free time, he enjoys running and cycling and has completed several marathons to date.
