Louise Jones is the head receptionist at Shawbirch Dental in Telford, having worked in dentistry as a receptionist for over 12 years and always maintained a fantastic rapport with patients.
Joining the Shawbirch team in 2021, Louise serves as our dedicated head receptionist, playing an integral role in the smooth running of the practice. She finds joy in meeting new people and is deeply passionate about assisting patients on their dental journey, ensuring everyone feels welcome and well looked after from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of Shawbirch, Louise devotes much of her time to baking delicious cakes and sweet treats in the kitchen, often with her daughter by her side.
